Green doors and windows are designed, constructed and installed according to the requirements of green buildings. It is an important part of green building. Through reasonable material selection, structural design, installation, construction and operation maintenance, the building can meet the requirements of safety, durability, health and comfort, convenient life, resource conservation and livable environment. In the green building evaluation standard, the heat transfer coefficient and air tightness of doors and windows must meet the standard requirements, which is the veto item of green building evaluation. Therefore, we must pay attention to the energy-saving index design of doors and windows. Generally speaking, the selection of door and window glass mainly includes the following aspects:
1. Low-E glass. Shading type or high permeability Low-E membrane can be selected according to the project area, and single silver, double silver and three silver products can be selected according to the requirements, so as to improve the thermal performance of insulating glass.
2. The insulating glass can be double-layer or multi-layer. And the interlayer can be filled with inert gas to improve the performance of thermal insulation, heat insulation and sound insulation, and the warm edge thermal insulation strip can be used.
3. Heat absorbing glass adopts ordinary glass + colorant (colored oxide film) to absorb a large amount of infrared radiation energy and maintain good visible light transmittance.
4. Heat reflecting glass. The glass is plated (coated) with a film, and the shielding rate of solar radiation heat is 40% ~ 80%, with unidirectional perspective.
5. Vacuum insulated glass. Vacuum glass can be selected as the first choice because of its good energy-saving effect. ICESUN vacuum insulated glass separates the two pieces of glass by a 0.2mm-0.4mm high support, seals the edges of the two layers of glass plates with low-temperature glass, and then discharges the air. The vacuum degree between the glasses is 10-4Pa, so the thermal convection no longer exists, the heat conduction is reduced to the limit, and the Low-E layer reflects more than 95% of the infrared radiation. Therefore, the heat between the inner and outer glass plates cannot be exchanged, achieving excellent thermal insulation effect. Vacuum insulated glass has the advantages of low U value of heat transfer coefficient, high visible light transmittance, adjustable total solar transmittance and light heat ratio, long service life, wide application area, good sound insulation and anti condensation performance, etc Therefore, vacuum insulated glass is the first choice for green doors and windows. In addition, the purpose of building shading is to block sunlight from entering the room through glass, prevent excessive sunlight from irradiating and heating the building envelope, and prevent strong glare caused by direct sunlight. Among the various energy-saving measures of vacuum insulated glass, its intelligent dimming and shading technology may be the most potential and convenient construction means to save energy.
