According to the selection procedure of preliminary review, online voting and final review, this expert solicitation will evaluate the professional technical level, industry reputation and influence, practical experience, region, industry and other comprehensive factors of the candidate experts. A total of 47 experts were selected into the first batch of the expert database for ultra-low energy buildings.
