With the unique [vacuum eye" technology from ICESUN, there is a fingernail-sized vacuum eye displaying on the surface of the vacuum glazing. When the vacuum layer is intact, the vacuum eye surface is shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2. While if the vacuum layer leaks, the vacuum eye surface will become smaller and smaller. When the vacuum layer completely disappears, the vacuum eye surface will disappear completely and become gray-white, as shown in Figure 3 shown.
✬When testing the thermal insulation performance of vacuum glazing/vacuum windows, the darker-colored glass faces the high temperature side, and the light-colored glass faces the low temperature side.
✬Check the vacuum glazing before installation:
(1) Whether the vacuum eye turns white or not;
(2) Whether the arrangement of support points is disorderly. If this phenomenon occurs, it means that the vacuum glazing has leaked, please do not install it so as to avoid dismantling after installation.
(3) The corner guard (exhaust pipe) must be installed at the upper corner of the window.
✬The exhaust pipe is easy to break, and the corner protector protects the exhaust pipe, and it is strictly prohibited to grasp, squeeze, collide, knock and artificially disassemble to cause air leakage. When installing vacuum glazing, the gasket must not be directly placed on the corner guard.
✬Precautions for vacuum glazing installation:
(1) The installers should have professional qualifications and have undergone vacuum glazing installation training, and should strictly abide by the requirements of the glass-related application technical regulations for installation and construction;
(2) The mortar and sundries in the slot of the glass frame should be cleaned up first, and the cleaning should be carefully closed. If the inspection is unqualified, it is forbidden to install the glass;
(3) The four sides and two sides of the glass should not be in direct contact with rigid hard objects (window frames or walls), and there must be a flexible transition to avoid the self-explosion caused by the rigid connection and the broken glass corners when the glass is exposed and deformed;
(4) Since the entire gravity of the glass acts on the bottom, when installing the tempered vacuum glazing, the glass should be placed on two identical positioning pads;
(5) After all the glass is in place, correct the flatness and verticality, and at the same time use a polystyrene foam rod to embed it into the slot, so that the glass and the window frame slot are flat and tight. If necessary, apply silicone structural adhesive on all sides.
(6) During the installation process, the installation should be completed at one time as much as possible to ensure that the glass and the frame remain relatively static, and to avoid relative vibration between the glass and the frame under the action of wind pressure and the process of opening and closing the window.
(7) During the glass installation process, try to ensure that the four sides are evenly stressed to avoid self-explosion caused by the warping stress caused by improper installation.
(8) When installing the sun roof glass, it is forbidden to wear shoes and step on the glass directly to avoid the sole sand and gravel from scratching the glass; it is forbidden to step on the corner guards to cause air leakage; at the same time, avoid uneven force on the four sides of the sun roof vacuum glazing or the middle part Forced to cause self-destruction.
✬After installation, please check the vacuum eye in time. If you find vacuum glazing leakage, please figure out the reason as soon as possible, correct the improper behavior during installation so as to avoid causing more losses.
